Autocentral is working very well and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. The Autocentral team have assisted us by developing the system to meet our exact needs based on our requests and I have been very impressed at how quickly and efficiently our sometimes quite demanding requests have been addressed.

The online web based system makes it next to no effort for our team to get this out to the users, the vast majority of our users find it straight forward and easy to use, and, the vehicle fleet manager just loves it and wants it rolled out to the rest of our sites as quickly as possible.

AutoCentral was implemented as our desk top vehicle booking system at the commencement of 2008. The implementation went very smoothly.

AutoCentral is proving to be a valuable management tool. It is providing our staff with an up to the minute booking process without having to leave their desk. The data required to charge back vehicle operating cost to the end user is coming from AutoCentral and it also provides information on individual vehicle use to assist with the management of spreading vehicle use evenly across the fleet. The trial is going great, the users are finding the system quite easy to use so the feedback has been nothing but good, the users that are trialling it out for me are both young & old and are really enjoying the online booking.

I’ve also figured out how to delete a series of bookings so the info you gave was quite useful. So actually the software is straight forward nothing too complicated and I can’t wait to get it going long term wise.

The EPA purchased Auto Central to assist with vehicle management following the centralisation of our vehicle fleet in the CBD area. All users have found the system user-friendly and as an Administrator, I found the initial set up processes to be simple and to date we have been able to interrogate the system to attend to all queries from users with a minimum of fuss.

The reporting function relating to utilisation and travel destinations will be useful in reviewing the size of and the type of vehicles required in our fleet, to meet the travel needs of our staff.
